  Employee Training
-- Grow together with us.
 

We set up Training department under human resource division in our corporate organization in September of 2010. I got very
excited when I knew I would get to work for Training department. At the same time, I was a little bit worried. I like job related
to training very much but I was worried that I could take this new position well.
There was nothing to worry about when I actually started working there. My bosses eagarly taught and supported me in
every way. I was able to concentrate on building good environment for training workers to grow.

For example, to provide comfortable learning environment with workers, we renovated the shower room on the 2nd floor of
the first factory to a beautiful training room. We purchased desks and chairs and also equipped the room with air
conditioning, computers and a projector.
With support from each leader and my co-workers, we started accepting the first time applications for in-house instructors.
Many people rushed to submit applications one after another. Now we have 17 excelent workers joined to the instructors
team. We invited specialized instructors from outside and started training our in-house instructors. After going through the
total training and actual practice, I believe they will become good enough with new training sprit, methods and contents to
provide our workers with good seminars.

As an in-house instructor, I would like to offer the base of good training to workers. With the progress of the company
always in mind, I would like to bring this forward. At the same time, I am hoping every worker makes every effort to
participate in the training and use the acquired knowledge for day to day work, which will help them to change the way to
think, increase the efficiency and create a new value.

Chou En-lai once said "You should keep learning as long as you live". We are now a part of working people, not students
anymore. But we should keep learning all through our lives even though the environment we are in might have changed.
Company is like a school without boundary. Company founder is a principal. Managers and leaders are teachers.
The skills we have learned in company is more important than diplomas. Let's bring ourselves forward together.
Let's continue to work hard together to maximize the effects of the training program.

 

 

Experience at Work

 

We have many things to offer for workers can relax and enjoy passtime in their daily lives. For examples, comfortable break
room, exercise room for playing ping pong and pool and also a facility for playing basketball. Annually, we hold sports events
like basketball tournament and a athletic meeting which everyone can take a part in. Even away from work, we try to make
opportunities for workers to show their special ability.
What I am impressed the most is the company management system, which we should give good thoughts to, study and get
involved in. For examples, work safety management measures, ISO environment management system & quality management
system, garbage sorting & storage. These are not mere slogans. we actually put them in action. This is truly progress we
have made.

There is a proverb, "Who accomplishes big things does not look at small things." However, in my opinion as of now, big things
should include also small things. As social development of our time continues, good companies or good group must accomplish
even small things in order to develop on and on. I think it is an important factor to decide the outcome. "You do small things
if they are good. You do not do even small things if they are bad." This is a fundamental work policy for a human being.
The above is my personal experience. Our lives will go on and on. Endless study and exploration are necessary. In order for
Hidan to achieve the number one in the industry, let's constantly put our efforts together.

 

 

Quality starts with details and ends with its management.

 

As rapid development in social economy and improvement of living conditions continue, the demand for standards of living
and quality gradually have come to rise. At the same time, consumption ideal is also changing. People used to go shopping
at local vendors and convenience stores but now at huge super markets and department stores. Consumption habits are
now moving toward convenience, speed, individuality and fashion. The importance of quality is recognized more and more,
people start paying attention to quality and details.

Quality is the lifeline of company when it comes to factory activity. If you take our leader organization for essential organ to
maintain living, I think the driving power of vital force is mutual collaboration from each organ. We are the most fundamental
cell of life form, which means true creator of quality. Company survival all depends on quality management. Quality
management truly means management of people, which also means not allowing to let all the details that have any influence
on the quality in production unnoticed. Even one small drop of oil, one light scratch might cause us to lose our customers' trust.
1% of tiny mistake could also mean 100% of mismanagement.

We must pay attention to even tiny thing in production. We must improve various points that have influence on the quality
of products or the safety. After reviewing one after another, we confirm there is no problem and then make it standardized
and clarified. If a problem occurs, we must investigate well, think well, ask ourselves many times why this happens, grasp the
root cause and get it resolved. Let's keep in mind that we deliver trustworthy products of needed quantity that satisfy
customers when needed.
