Q1. Please tell us about your current job responsibility.

I am in charge of receiving raw materials and shipping products in the wharehouse.
I also do the sorting of export products and arrangement and distribution of various equipments such as safety footwear to factory floor. There is especially nothing difficult about my job.

Q2. What do you think the merit and demerit of working at Hidan?

The atomosphere of workplace is so good that the relationship with my co-workers also goes well. We help each other to get the job done. Company administration is well mannaged and there are so many activities like company trip and year-end party we all can enjoy together.

Q3. What do you think you have learned at work? Also, do you have your
       own good policies at work?

It has been 12 years since joining Hidan after the graduation. I have had various experience through working in assembly, QA and now warehouse. If you work hard enough, you can get a chance to advance.
Besides, I found my wife here at workplace and now have two children.

Q4. Please tell us about your challenging and worthwhile experience at work.

When I was transferred to warehouse, I did not even know how to do bookkeeping in the beginning. With good help from my boss and co-workers, I studied very hard for 2 months to get by on my own.
For workers on factory floor, I try to keep close contact with each department to supply safety footwear on timely manner in order to maintain the safety on factory floor.

Q5. Please tell us about your goal or dream for the future.

I hope the company will prosper more than now.

I hope the company continues to expand and its profits go up. As a result, my salary also goes up.

Anodizing
Process

Q1. Please tell us about your current job responsibility.

My job is inserting metal parts to the jig and taking them out after anodizing.
It has been more than 10 years since I joined Hidan. If you check and understand the specs in advance, work such as checking asthetic apperance is not a very difficult thing to do.

Q2. What do you think the merit and demerit of working at Hidan?

The compnay is very nice to its employees. The workplace environment was bad and very hot long time ago but it is improved now with air conditioning.
I have worked here for more than 10 years. The company has constant flow of work so I think I can depend my life on it. I appreciate the leaders are thoughtful to supervise us.
The salary is always paid on time so it is a very trustworthy company.

Q3. What do you think you have learned at work? Also, do you have your
       own good policies at work?

The company is doing activities like Kaizen and getting better and better, which makes me feel the need for me to study more to catch up with it.

Q4. Please tell us about your challenging and worthwhile experience at work.

The workplace environment got much better. It used to be hot and noisy but now cool and quiet.
The working environment has some influence on how we feel at work so better environment means better feeling, which is comforting.
Stepstool on inserting and removing parts was improved to maintain the safety.

Q5. Please tell us about your goal or dream for the future.

I am not young anymore and with low education so I might not be able to make myself useful in other departments. I would like to study more through in-house training program to catch up.

Through events such as Shanghai Expo, the city is enriching the way of our life. Hidan is also making our life better. So I hope Hidan continues to expand.

Printing
Process

Q1. Please tell us about your current job responsibility.

I do asthetic appearance inspection in printing department. I used to do screen printing work.
With new products, sometimes there are a few different aspects to look for and new problems found in the appearance inspection. If I can not deal with them by myself, I make a report to my boss.
I think the frame of mind is very important at work so I always make myself relaxed and get to work.

Q2. What do you think the merit and demerit of working at Hidan?

My job is going well because I can get some help from my co-workers and boss.
Not only at work, working here is making useful for my life.
I have worked here for 8 years now. One of merits from the company, there are many chances to get educational training.
By learning through educational training about safety and 5S, I feel a little better and work comfortably.

Q3. What do you think you have learned at work? Also, do you have your
       own good policies at work?

Worker training can be used in actual work and also advantageous for developing corporate management so I think I find it rewarding.

Q4. Please tell us about your challenging and worthwhile experience at work.

There is no difficut task because I can get some help from my co-workers and team leader.

Q5. Please tell us about your goal or dream for the future.

I hope Hidan becomes number one in the cosmetic packaging industry. I will try to make my own contribution to that.
Personal salary and compensation program all depending on its corporate expansion so I would like to try my best.
I have worked here for 9 years. There have been big changes between now and then. I truly feel the company is getting better day by day and I am glad the company is the way it is now.
My own goal is doing the best I can to meet the deadline for next process.
Hidan is the first company I have worked since moving away from home town. I come to work happy every day.
I truly feel attached to the company and never even think about quitting now.
