　Coating Process

1. We have electrostatic painting lines, UV coating line and vacuum metalizing machine.
2. The electrostatic painting lines were designed and made in house according to our hands-on experience of many
　　years.
3. In order to provide prestige plastic lipstick containers, UV coating line and vacuum metalizing machine were
　　installed and started production in 2006.

　Printing Process

1. We have silk-screen printing machines, hot-stamp printing machines and pad printing machines.
2. We have excellent skills in transcription of film and printing on concave-raised surface.

　Injection Molding Process

1. We have high-precision injection machines.
2. Most of our molds are designed as 1 cavity, which can provide the high quality and stable production.

　Assembly Process

1. We have many assembly machines.
2. The unique production way - “Cell Assembly”. One person assembles all parts, one person completes all steps.
　　This enhances stronger responsibility among workers and guarantees high quality products.
3. The machines that are designed and made in house bring high quality products and increase the efficiency.
