| 1937 | Fuji Shokai Co., Ltd. is established in Sumida Ward, Tokyo and begins production of metal processed cosmetic containers. |

Message from the President
Our company's origins date back to 1937, when we began producing metal cosmetic containers in Sumida Ward, Tokyo. After surviving the post-war turmoil, we reorganized as Hidan Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in 1950. For over 70 years since then, we have been dedicated to "manufacturing that embodies the value of cosmetics."
Since our founding, we have placed "people-centered manufacturing" at the core of our management. We believe that only by creating a workplace where employees can take pride in their work and learn and grow together can we deliver products that truly satisfy our customers. This philosophy remains unchanged today and supports the very foundation of our manufacturing.
We will continue to share Japan's accumulated technological capabilities with the world and, as a company that works in harmony with the environment, create new value together with each and every employee.
